Front Office Supervisor

Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Office Supervisor to lead our Front Office team in one of our hotels in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible to maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times.

Main Responsibilities:

● Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues and complaints in a timely, friendly
and efficient manner
● Support, assist, and train team members in handling guest inquiries and requests
and in resolving guest complaints
● Monitor lobby traffic and adjust staffing accordingly
● Perform all other duties as requested
● Offer timely information about hotel services and facilities to guests
● Build strong relationships and liaise with other departments
Experience and Qualifications Required:
● Minimum 2 to 3 years work experience as Front Office
● Possess a valid Driver’s License (SIM A)
● Proficient in English
● Pleasant appearance
● Good communication skills
● Problem-solving skills
● Friendly, Honest, and Detail-oriented
