Front Office Officer

Role: Welcoming guests warmly, assisting with the check-in and check-out process, and
providing friendly and courteous service in meeting all guest needs.

Main Responsibilities:
● Ensuring timely and accurate service to guests
● Assisting with the check-in and check-out process
● Handling complaints and fulfilling guest requests
● Facilitating communication between guests and relevant departments within the
company, and providing necessary information
● Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness of the front area and front desk
Experience and Qualifications Required:
● Previous experience working as a front office/receptionist
● Possess a valid Driver’s License (SIM A)
● Proficient in English
● Pleasant appearance
● Good communication skills
● Problem-solving skills
● Friendly, Honest, and Detail-oriented
